Sell as-is, or fix a little first?
See what your home could sell for as it stands, and what it could bring with a few targeted fixes. You choose.
- Repairs, estates, rentals, or no time to fix it up
- A value range based on real local sales, within 24 hours
- Repair estimates through The Remodeling Authority if you want them
Start with the property address
Start typing, then pick your address from the list.
Type it in and Chris will confirm it when he reviews your home.
Free, with no obligation to list. Chris checks real local sales by hand before sending a number.
Where should Chris send your value range?
Three ways to sell a home that needs work
Sell as-is on the market
List it in its current condition and let buyers price in the work. Often the simplest path.
Fix a few things first
Targeted repairs or updates can raise what buyers will pay. Chris helps you weigh the cost against the gain.
Sell to an investor
Fastest and least hassle, usually for a lower price. Chris can show you how an offer compares to listing.
“Chris is friendly and works exclusively for you. He did a great job at helping me set a value & kept me updated through the process. My home was unique and in a rural area. Chris saw the potential & had it sold within a few days, above asking. He exceeded my expectations as a listing agent.”
Questions about selling as-is
Is this an appraisal?
No. It’s a comparative market analysis: Chris looks at recent sales of similar homes near you and gives you a realistic price range. An appraisal is a separate report done by a licensed appraiser, usually for a lender.
Do I have to list with you?
No. The value range is free and there’s no obligation. If you want to talk next steps, Chris is happy to. If not, you still keep the numbers.
I’m not ready to sell yet. Should I still ask?
Yes. Plenty of people want a number for planning a year or two out, refinancing, or just curiosity. Tell Chris your timeline and he’ll respect it.
How is this different from an online estimate?
Online estimates are built by a computer from public records. Chris picks the sales that actually compare to your home and adjusts for what a computer can’t see, like updates and condition. Once he sees the house, the number gets even tighter.
Do I have to make repairs before selling?
No. Many homes sell as-is. Chris will show you what the house could sell for both ways so you can decide if any work is worth it.
Rather just talk it through?
Call or text Chris. He’ll answer your questions, no pressure.
