Questions buyers ask
Do I need to be pre-approved first?
Not to get started, but it helps. A pre-approval tells you what you can spend and shows sellers you’re ready. If you’re not there yet, Chris can introduce you to a lender he trusts. You’re always free to choose your own.
Do I have to sign a buyer agreement?
Yes. Before touring homes together, buyers sign a written agreement with their agent. It spells out what Chris does for you, how he’s paid, and how long it lasts. He’ll walk you through it and answer every question before you sign.
